Darryl Young has been drawing silly pictures all his life. He believes this is a direct result from self-inflicated overexposure to cartoons, comic books and toys.

In 1998 Calabash Animation hired Darryl to draw silly pictures for them. Here, he met others who where aflicted with the same sickness and they started drawing silly pictures together at Chewbone Animation.

Believing there were young and impressionably minded kiddies out in the world, yearning for the encouragement to draw silly pictures, Darryl started occasionally teaching classes at Marwen.

After years of trying to cure himself from this chronic condition, Darryl has succumbed to it, and looks forward to drawing many more silly pictures for a very long time.

He lives with his beautiful, blushing bride Laura and their lovely little silly dog Lucy on the outskirts of Chicago, Illinois.
